Privacy Policy

How Jayakumar Bearings collects, uses and protects your information.

1. What we collect

When you register, request a quote or place an order we collect: name, business name, mobile and alternate mobile, e-mail, GSTIN, billing and shipping address, order details and payment references (UTR / transaction id). We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs; online payments are processed by the payment provider.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders, issue GST invoices, send order updates by e-mail, WhatsApp or Telegram, handle support and warranty queries, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. GSTIN look-up

If you enter a GSTIN we may look up its public registration details (legal name, address, state) through a GST information provider to pre-fill your form.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (transactional e-mail), Appyflow (GSTIN look-up) and Telegram (internal order alerts). They receive only what is needed to perform their service.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a strictly necessary session cookie for the staff Office area. Our public-site funnel counters are anonymous (no cookie, no personal data, no IP stored). Your cart and quick-order list are kept in your own browser storage.

6. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept while you remain a customer.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data (subject to records we must legally retain) by writing to the Grievance Officer below.

8. Security

Access to order data is limited to authorised staff with role-based sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest version. Last updated: November 2026.
