How and when Jayakumar Bearings dispatches your order.

Dispatch time

Orders with verified payment (or approved credit) are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days for items in stock; sourced items take longer and we will tell you before dispatch.

Carriers

Goods go by road transport / courier of our choice unless you request a specific transporter. Local deliveries around Rajapalayam can be arranged by our own vehicle or pickup from the shop.

Freight and packing

Packing & forwarding is added to the invoice as shown in your order summary. Freight is “to pay” or as quoted, depending on the destination and weight.

Tracking

You can follow every order step by step on the Track Order page using your order number and mobile number. Transport name and LR / docket number are shown there once dispatched.

E-way bill

For consignments that need one, the e-way bill is generated before dispatch.

Damage in transit

Please check the packing at delivery. If a carton is damaged, note it on the receipt and inform us within 48 hours with photos so that we can raise a claim with the carrier.
