Terms of Sale for orders placed on jayakumarbearings.com and the B2B Portal.

1. Who we are

Jayakumar Bearings (GSTIN 33ALEPP5843M2ZP) is a bearing and power-transmission dealer at Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu. These terms apply to every quotation, purchase order and order placed through this website, WhatsApp, e-mail or in person.

2. Prices and quotations

Prices on the B2B Portal are trade (nett) prices in Indian Rupees, excluding GST, packing & forwarding and freight unless the order summary says otherwise. GST is added at the applicable rate (currently 18% on bearings). Prices follow manufacturers' price lists and our discount structure and can change without notice; the price confirmed on your order summary at the time of placing the order is the price that applies. We re-check every price on our server when an order is submitted. Items shown as “Price on request” are quoted separately.

3. Availability

Listing of a part number means it can be sourced; it does not guarantee that it is in our shop at that moment. Stock badges are indicative. If an item is not immediately available we will tell you the expected delivery time before dispatch.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by e-mail, Telegram/WhatsApp or invoice. Payment can be made by UPI/bank transfer (quote the UTR), online payment where offered, or on approved credit terms for registered customers. Dispatch normally begins after payment is verified, unless credit terms were agreed in writing. We may cancel an order if a price or availability error is discovered; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Tax invoice, GST and e-way bill

A GST tax invoice is issued for every sale. Please give your correct GSTIN, legal name and address; place of supply is decided from the state of the shipping/billing address you give. An e-way bill is generated wherever the law requires one.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms are described on the Shipping & Dispatch page. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier; ownership passes on full payment.

7. Returns, warranty and claims

See Returns & Warranty. Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is given by the manufacturer; we assist with claims.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, arising from the use of or delay in supplying the goods. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct bearing for their application.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Rajapalayam / Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
