Return, replacement and warranty terms at Jayakumar Bearings.

Wrong or damaged goods

If we supply the wrong part or the goods arrive damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the invoice number and photos. We will replace the item or credit the amount.

Unused, unopened goods

Genuine, unused bearings in original sealed packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery after our approval. Freight for such returns is borne by the customer; a handling charge may apply. Items that were specially sourced or cut to order are not returnable.

Not returnable

Used or mounted bearings, items with damaged or missing packing or seals, greases and belts once opened.

Manufacturer warranty

Bearings and products carry the manufacturer's own warranty against manufacturing defects (SKF, TIMKEN, NSK, NBC, etc.). Warranty does not cover failure caused by wrong mounting, lubrication, misalignment, contamination or overload. We help you raise and follow up the claim with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method / bank account within 7 working days of our receiving the returned goods.
